Her experiences in restaurant and event management ranges from casual afternoon teas, children's parties, barbeques and intimate occasions to lavish cocktail parties or conferences, catering for hundreds.

When we opened our pop up at Reibey and Co in Hunters Hill, we needed a passionate owner/chef who knew her food, could cook and loved engaging with the patrons. Heather was the answer. We celebrated my sons 16th birthday with family and friends. Our family joke had been he'd never used cutlery throughout his life so Heather came up with a brilliant idea! She spread rolls of paper over the dining table and displayed our meal straight onto the table; no plates, no cutlery... just bibs and serviettes! We'd never seen such a smorgasbord of food! Everyone dived in with their hands selecting prawns, chorizo, corn cobs and so much more, and all combined with amazing spices and bursting with flavour. Its hard to imagine this being okay, but it really worked. It was such an original idea and was absolutely hilarious. We'll never forget it!
